Neon Arcade
Privacy, in plain language.
Neon Arcade is a local music-making app for iPad. This page describes what the app does with information, and what happens when you choose an Apple sharing or purchase action.
Your songs stay on your iPad
Neon Arcade saves songs as local documents on your iPad. The app does not require an account and does not upload your songs to a developer-operated service. Autosave keeps your current work available on the device.
No advertising or app-owned analytics
Neon Arcade does not show advertising and does not use third-party analytics or tracking tools. The app does not build an advertising profile about you.
No microphone recording
Neon Arcade does not request microphone access. Its note recording feature captures pad performance inside the app, rather than microphone audio.
Sharing is your choice
When you choose Share, iPadOS opens Apple's share sheet. You can choose song audio, a repeating Stage loop, or an editable song file. The destination you pick receives the item under that destination's own privacy policy. Nothing is shared automatically.
Purchases are handled by Apple
The seven-day trial and permanent unlock use Apple's StoreKit service. Apple handles the purchase transaction and related receipt information. Neon Arcade does not ask you for payment details.
Apple and hosting services
Apple may process diagnostics or App Store information according to your device and account settings. This website is hosted separately; normal web hosting can process technical request information needed to deliver a page. Neon Arcade's local app behavior is described above and does not include an app-owned analytics service.
